Payroll and CIS

I provide full payroll bureau and auto-enrolment services. I process payroll runs, provide payslips, summaries, advise on payments to HMRC and make all relevant RTI submissions. I advise on auto-enrolment responsibilities and assist employers in meeting their obligations.

Payroll processing starting from £10 per month for monthly paid employees, CIS is an incremental fee when combined with payroll processing, please contact for personalised quote.

Company Secretarial

I prepare and file confirmation statements as well as giving advice and filings relating to directors, registered office, share capital and other changes in the life of a company.

Taxation

Sole traders, partnerships, individuals and companies; we all are obliged to deal with HMRC in some form. Getting the right tax advice at the right time can make a huge difference in ensuring you pay the correct level of tax for your situation and remain compliant with tax legislation.

I undertake the majority of types of tax work: preparing and filing self assessment and company returns, tax planning and advice, Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Corporation Tax, National Insurance, Inheritance Tax and VAT.

Bookkeeping & VAT

Do you find keeping the books a hassle, not sure which VAT regulations apply to your business? I can lift the burden for a modest fee, leaving you free to concentrate on running your business.

Any computing package used but smaller businesses may prefer to use spreadsheets, possible even with MTD. All VAT schemes covered including flat rate, margin schemes, imports/exports.
